Josh later worked as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Prime Minister’s office. Since 2005, Josh has been a Director of Global Banking at Deutsche Bank.
An active member of the local community, Josh has been a member of the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club since 1989 and was Kooyong Men’s Singles champion in 1996. He has volunteered as a tennis coach for the Kids’ Tennis Foundation – coaching young people with an intellectual disability and has been a board member of the foundation since 2003.
Josh cares deeply about the Kooyong community and will work hard to be a strong and effective advocate for his constituents. He knows the value of hard work and an individual’s ability to achieve their goals if given the chance. Josh is committed to finding solutions to local issues such as unacceptable waiting lists at the neighbouring Box Hill Hospital and rising crime rates in the Boroondara area, as well as playing a role in helping to strengthen Australia’s economy as it comes out of the global financial crisis.
